**Your New Role**

Are you an experienced service technician in fire protection on vessels? If so, Survitec Group has an exciting opportunity for you In this role, you'll handle the installation, maintenance, or repair of Survitec products across various categories. Your main objective will be to maintain operational efficiency and ensure top-quality outcomes by following Survitec's standard procedures. Success in this position relies on completing technical product training and demonstrating proficiency through competence assessments.

**What You Can Expect from the Role**

**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Executing service, installation, maintenance, and repair tasks while adhering to quality and safety standards and established work procedures. Emphasis on achieving key performance indicators.
- Assisting specialists in configuring and testing new products or procedures; installing intricate systems based on training and competency levels, seeking guidance as necessary.
- Conducting regular preventive maintenance checks, identifying and diagnosing any equipment or system issues, and promptly addressing emergency repairs.
- Collaborating with the Service Operations Manager to develop a monthly schedule, ensuring adequate staffing levels for operational needs.
- Adhering to inventory requisition protocols to maintain accurate stock levels and records.
- Partnering with business improvement teams to implement standardized tools and leveraging expertise to contribute to problem-solving efforts, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures.

**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with at least a medium level of proficiency in both languages or higher.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience working with fire safety equipment, including but not limited to fire extinguishers, FiFi systems, breathing apparatus, and escape sets.
- Previous experience working in the marine industry is preferred.
