At DEINSA Global, in partnership with MITICA Internacional and its brand Atelier Mítico, we are launching the International Trade Internship Program, a 6-month virtual internship for high-performing students and professionals.
This program focuses on opening international markets in countries with Free Trade Agreements with Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, and Colombia.
Participants will develop strategies for global expansion, sustainability, and circular economy, contributing to a model that empowers artisan communities across Latin America
**Required Education**:

- International Business
- Foreign Trade
- Economics
- Business Administration
- Sustainable Development

**Position Objective**:
Drive international market entry through sustainable and profitable strategies aligned with circular economy principles and the empowerment of artisan communities in Latin America.
**Main Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
2. Design international expansion plans aligned with sustainability and profitability.
3. Negotiate and establish commercial partnerships in target markets.
4. Promote initiatives that integrate circular economy principles into global trade.
5. Represent the brand's values in sustainability, community development, and slow fashion.
**Specific Knowledge**:

- International trade strategies and Free Trade Agreements.
- Business development and market analysis.
- Principles of sustainability and circular economy.

**Essential Knowledge**:

- English and Spanish (bilingual).
- Digital tools (Google Workspace, LinkedIn).
- Negotiation and intercultural communication skills
