Will be expected to work within a team concept philosophy, where the ability to work closely with all levels of staff on projects is essential.
In addition, the Associate Director will assist in the development and execution of our overall strategy to grow the FACC practice throughout both North America and Latin America. Exposure to upper management and C-Suite of Fortune 500 clients should be expected as well.The Requirements Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, particularly in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; Masters’ preferred, not required10+ years' experience, prior experience at a Big-4 or consulting firm with business development background and forensic accounting services preferredOne or more accounting/professional credentials (CPA, CFE, or CFA) desiredKnowledge of economic damage calculations within the insurance and legal industryExcellent written communication skillsAbility to travel to for both client engagements and business developmentAbility to generate and grow revenue through a strong book of business within North America/Latin AmericaStrong oral communication skills, to both large and small audiencesTechnical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPointAbility to leverage workload down to appropriate staff levels and manage/teach/mentor staff on assigned projectsExceptional attention to detailA strong sense of teamwork and responsibility to team membersProfessional integrity regarding self-motivation and accepting responsibility for growth and development, as well as meeting deadlines and honoring commitmentsProficiency in multiple languages is preferred, not required Equal Opportunity Employer
