Bus Driver

**Position Summary**: Is responsible for driving the staff members to their destinations in a safe and timely manner. The driver should be well-versed with the traffic rules and regulations. Moreover, should be able to take alternate routes to avoid heavy traffic or to reach the destination faster. Apart from driving, the employee should conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure it is in working order.

As a Company Driver, the employee should be well-groomed and report duty on time. Also, should have an approachable personality. Also, should be able to address any staff inquiries in a professional manner. Additionally, should be able to work on weekends and at flexible hours.

**Reports to**: Facilities Manager Collaborates closely with: Facilities Supervisor, Human Resources Responsibilities - General tasks that including but are not limited to: Transporting Staff Members Drive the vehicle safely and following all local regulations Plan the best route for each shift Serve any staff inquiries Maintain a safe driving record What you will do - Day-to-day tasks. Checking traffic updates before starting the journey Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use Parking the vehicle properly Regularly washing and cleaning the vehicle Conducting timely vehicle maintenance checks Scheduling vehicle service appointments Informing the company of any accidents or vehicle damage Ensuring the safety of staff members during the journey Identifying any mechanical issues in the vehicle Maintaining a record of vehicle maintenance receipts Reporting to work on time Keep the interior of the car spotless Make sure there is always enough gas to get to the destination Flexibility in working hours
