**You are responsible for**
- Support Credit and Collection Analysts in their work
- Analyze incoming credit orders
- Develop reports, metrics, analyze KPIs
- Automate and improve information flow in the department

**You are a part of**
GBS Credit Latam Team consisting of seven Credit Analysts based in Panama and Brasil: experienced professional who will help you starting out in this field.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Students of IT or Industrial Engineering, Business, Administration or Finance
- Strong communications skills and team working skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI knowledge would be a plus
- Result oriented. Analytical skills.
- Quick learner who likes to take ownership.
- At least intermediate level of English.
- Portuguese is a plus
