Proporcionar liderazgo, dirección y coordinación a todas las actividades/áreas de la compañía, con el fin de alcanzar objetivos comerciales a corto plazo (medidos por volumen, beneficio y participación de mercado) y garantizar el crecimiento a largo plazo, competitividad y atractivo para consumidores, clientes, empleados y accionistas.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Establecer metas a corto y largo plazo integrando iniciativas y objetivos estratégicos en áreas clave como ventas, marketing y estructuras operativas.
- Garantizar la correcta implementación del plan de negocios.
- Analizar y realizar seguimiento mensual de ventas en comparación con presupuestos y modelos de mercado.
- Garantizar la adhesión a políticas internas (marketing, finanzas, cadena de suministro, RR. HH.) y leyes/regulaciones locales.
- Supervisar el desarrollo profesional, evaluaciones de desempeño, planificación de sucesión y procesos de contratación.
- Responsable de la cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias (Profit & Loss) para asegurar los resultados financieros.
- Negociar servicios contratados relacionados con Nestlé (shared services), incluyendo aspectos financieros y legales.
- Brindar información sobre cuestiones locales clave a la oficina regional para decisiones estratégicas.
- Asegurar que las actividades respeten estándares establecidos en estos sistemas.
- Asegurar el apego a las regulaciones y políticas relacionadas con la comercialización de sucedáneos de la leche materna.

**Que te hará exitoso en la posición**
- Egresado de carreras como Ing. Industrial, Adm. Empresas y Mercadeo
- 3 a 4 años de experiência como Category Manager o roles similares con conocimiento de CATMAN y manejo de marcas
- Inglés Avanzado
- Excel Avanzado
