The purpose of this role is to provide Medical leadership for CARICAM countries and overall accountability for Medical governance of GSK activities in the marketKey Responsibilities: As Medical Director for CARICAM Markets, YOU will lead not only Medical Affairs but also pharmacovigilance, materiovigilance and human safety related activities for all marketed & clinical trials products with our diverse portfolio - General Medicines, Vaccines, HIV/ ViiV and Specialty Care.YOU will provide Medical Governance and medical support for company’s sales and marketing, product registration/regulatory, pharmacovigilance function and Clinical Operations activities as well as prepare CARICAM for new product launches and ensure the best in class launch across all therapy areas.Is also critical that YOU ensure the development and execution of Medical Affairs strategies and plans are aligned with the business strategies for commercialization of medicines of value to our patients and customers.YOU also need to ensure that medical insights contribute effectively to the development several key milestones, as below.
