**Summary**

We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas in the hospitality industry.

**As an Learning & Development Rockstar, you will**:

- Produce trainings, quizzes and practical assessments for all Selina departments.
- Review current trainings and make updates as needed.
- Keep contact with relevant stakeholders to understand our learning gaps.
- Gather feedback on trainings and SMI sessions from participants and track compliance on LEDO.

**It only takes to be**:

- Currently enrolled in the university for hospitality, business admistration or physicology.
- No prior work experience absolutely necessary, but a background in teaching is a plus.
- English proficiency required and spanish or portuguse is a major plus for translations.
- Able to provide a university letter confirming the internship period
- Ready to learn and have fun.
