With 100+ Locations opening around the globe, we have multiple job opportunities at any given time.What the role isThe Cluster Finance Manager will help with the work in collaboration with the country team. This position will report directly to the Head of the department and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team agenda under its responsibility.What you will be doingManagementOversee the accounting operations of all the construction sites and locations in the ClusterManage banks and outsourced functionsTransactionsMaintain an orderly accounting filing system and a system of controls over accounting transactionsPrepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.Process Region payroll in a timely mannerEnsure that periodic bank reconciliations are completedReportingIssue monthly financial statements for the ClusterCoordinate the preparation of the corporate quarter and annual report for the ClusterCalculate and issue financial and operating metricsPrepare weekly cash flow forecastComplianceOversee compilable with local and state reporting requirements and tax filings for the ClusterCoordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual auditEnsure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards in each location.What you need for the role5+ years of Finance & Accounting experience in the hospitality industryHigh school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferredExcellent knowledge of accounting (accounts payable/general ledger, financial chart of accounts, etc.)Good knowledge of and corporate procedures and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, etc.)Fluent or capable of working in Spanish and EnglishProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordMust have strong work ethicsMust be well organized and a self-starterMust be able to follow standard filing proceduresDetail-oriented, professional attitude, reliablePossess strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to interact with employees in a professional mannerAbility to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timelinessWhat can you expectCompetitive salary Performance bonus No dress code Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly) Multiple online training opportunities Cultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
