This position is primarily responsible for performing Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Oversight of Accounting Policies and Procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, direct and coordinate accounting operational functions Development of Accounting and Finance Standard Operating Procedures, including recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial reporting Manage the budget process Manage the month end closing process Fulfill reporting requests for Corporate Headquarters Audit coordination liaison Client profitability reporting Key Performance Indicator analysis Oversight for daily accounting functions such as: General Ledger, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Fixed Assets, Collections, Monthly Reconciliations, Sales and Use Tax, and participate in these processes as needed. Hire, and train skilled staff as needed Other general accounting duties as assigned.
**Requisitos**:
**Education/Experience/Training/Certification Requirements**: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required, CPA a plus. Solid understanding of GAAP compliance. Five years (or more) experience required, public accounting experience preferred. Professional Services Accounting experience preferred. Systems Integrations and Mergers and Acquisition experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel. QuickBooks knowledge preferred. ConnectWise Manage Software knowledge is a plus. Requirements for Success Willingness to do day-to-day tasks as necessary Superior interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Must be detail-oriented, have sound judgment, and good reasoning skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Possesses good analytic and problem-solving abilities. Ability to exercise a high degree of diplomacy when dealing with employees and clients in all types of organizational positions and with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
