The Key Customer Development Manager is responsible for negotiating, coordinating and implementing Colgate's business strategies with
key customers, maintaining a cordial relationship between both companies through carrying out effective negotiations of annual business plans, regular products, innovations, promotions, offers, etc. with business managers, local buyers and any other staff
involved in business operations locally.
**Responsabilities**:
- Preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements and JBP that support the growth of the account
- Responsible for the negotiation and achievement of objectives of their accounts
- Follow up on negotiations through weekly meetings with the client
- Analysis of data related to the performance of sales by customer by category to define action plans
- Develop together with the work team (BDM, Team Leader, regional team) sales growth plans by category.
- New Product Listing
- Preparation of adjustments and monitoring of the current account. - Responsible for reconciling the account with the client's finance area
- Responsible for managing the GTN of your accounts under the approval of the TL
- Development of the Work Team and relationship between functional areas
- Lead and develop your team of executives responsibly and keep them informed on deals and negotiations
- Make visits to points of sale with their executives to supervise the work at the point of sale and give feedback.
- Frequent review of the Call Value of its executives to ensure its effectiveness and define adjustments when necessary
- Ensure proper communication with all functional areas to ensure the correct management of their accounts (SDM, CDE, BDM, Instore, Customer Collaboration, RM, finance)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or industrial engineering.
- 3 years of sales experience in Fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Intermediate English level
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Desirable SAP knowledge
