**Position Overview**: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist to manage lead follow-up and organization within the CRM system.
This role is responsible for ensuring that leads are in the correct follow-up stages, proactively reaching out to unengaged leads, and keeping CRM records up to date.
**Key Responsibilities**: Lead Management: Manage and organize leads in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all leads are placed in the appropriate follow-up stages.
**CRM Updates**: Perform data entry, file updates, and maintain accurate CRM information.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured.
**Follow-Up Process Management**: Monitor and assist in handling the follow-up process, helping to keep the lead pipeline moving.
**Qualifications**: Experience in phone sales with mínimal accent.
General knowledge of real estate; experience in real estate sales is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Sheets, and HelloSign.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up on leads efficiently.
**Nice-to-Haves**: Prior experience in lead management or a similar role.
