**In order to be successful you will bring/have**: Masters' degree or equivalent in disaster (risk) management, social sciences, environmental sciences/management, geography or other demonstrably relevant field.Demonstrated experience integrating both mitigation of environmental impact and opportunities to generate environmental enhancements into multi-sectoral humanitarian programmes, development activities and community-based DRR.Broad experience in supporting/leading/integrating on DRR environmental activities, preferably in an NGO sector proving sound theoretical and practical understanding of DRR and environmental issues.Experience supporting countries to adopt anticipatory action approaches.Project management experience, varied experience of using monitoring and evaluation methodologies.Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
