Position Overview This role will develop and maintain analytics for the different business organizations across ELC, including dashboards development, data transformation, Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive analytics. This resources will work very closely to its global business customers and has to understand their business needs and context and be able obtain the key questions and provide insights to communicate it to Senior Management. During the project implementation these resources will lead the Analytics Process and dashboards development and harmonization of the OneSource BI&A teams, working together with the regional and global teams.
These resources will be the cornerstone for the following transition of activities and responsibilities within the OneSource BI&A Organization. Roles and Responsibilitie s Collaborate defining the personas and understand their business needs for analytics. Analyze the available data and join sources to get the correct insights. Determine the best visualization of the analysis story line Collaborate with workstreams to generate insights that enable business decisions Day-to-Day Service Delivery Validate data to ensure accuracy and connectivity Data preparation and transformation for Dashboard, Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive analytics models.
Update data sources for the different Dashboards and Analytics models Execute the development of dashboards. Creation of the required scrips and development of models for predictive and prescriptive analytics. Qualifications Key results/measures Find new ways to exploit the Anaplan platform besides the PriceLab module to implement delivery solutions to the businesses Have a swift response time and provide key visibility to users by flowing to the work of the Anaplan platform for stakeholders Qualifications Major in Business, Industrial Engineering or IT No experience required Fully bilingual, English and Spanish. Abstract inteligence to be able to structure models, logic analysis and data management.
Spatial intelligence to be able to communicate business analysis through visual analytics Excel Intermediate Prefferible knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and Python Additional Details Work shift: Monday to Friday - Business hours. Contract-type: Full-Time Permanent. Location: Costa del Este, Panamá.
