**_RESPONSABILIDADES:_**
- Dirigir la estrategia de investigación a largo plazo para diferentes productos. Debes trabajar de la mano con diseño, producto y negocio para identificar y priorizar las oportunidades de investigación en función de las necesidades y el impacto.
- Comprender las necesidades e intereses del negocio; de forma que se balancee el negocio-usuario. Esto debe guiar las investigaciones futuras, buscando encontrar el ganar-ganar.
- Determinar estrategias para el descubrimiento continuo de mejoras y oportunidades.
- Reconocer cuáles son los mejores métodos de investigación según el contexto y necesidades del proyecto. Podrás ejecutar y experimentar una amplia gama de metodologías.
- Anticiparse a las necesidades de nuestros clientes y del negocios, defender a nuestros usuarios y asegurar que el diseño final entregue valor y los deleite.
- Crear y gestionar eficazmente los planes de investigación según su complejidad, incertidumbre y tiempo. Además, establecer y afinar los procesos de la cadencia de investigaciones de usuario.
- Crear el material necesario para ejecutar las investigaciones. Contarás con el apoyo de UX y de UI designers en caso de ser requerido.
- Diseñar y llevar a cabo estudios cuantitativos y cualitativos para evaluar el impacto de los cambios en los productos y obtener información a gran escala.
- Evaluar la experiência de los usuarios de los productos a lo largo del tiempo y realizar benchmark.
- Analizar y priorizar la información recopilada para convertirla en insights poderosos, imparciales y fáciles de entender.
- Brindar recomendaciones accionables y compartir resultados que guíen la toma de decisiones.
- Enseñar y capacitar al equipo de diseño para que puedan planificar y ejecutar investigaciones siguiendo las mejoras prácticas.
- Comunicar eficazment**e** los resultados de investigación de forma clara y convincente a diferentes stakeholders; siendo un presentador, facilitador y evangelizador experimentado.
- Impulsar la evolución de la disciplina mientras se influye en múltiples equipos de producto en la toma de decisiones user-centric y basadas en datos.

**_REQUISITOS:_**
- 4+ años de experiência en UX Research.
- Título profesional en un campo del comportamiento humano como: human-computer interaction, psicología, sociología, comunicación, la ciencias de la información o experiência equivalente en la industria.
- Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de investigación de usuario y entendimiento de cómo y cuándo aplicarlas (focus group, entrevistas, usability test, UX Scorecards, encuestas, card sorts, etc)
- Muy buena capacidad de análisis, pensamiento crítico y estratégico.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y manejo de stakeholders.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y tomar la iniciativa para resolver problemas, experimentar y aprender cosas nuevas.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos al mismo tiempo en un entorno de cambios rápidos.
- Una mentalidad colaborativa y de aprendizaje, en constante búsqueda de mejoras, con ganas de crecer y compartir conocimientos.

**_DESEABLE:_**
- Experiência en empresas de finanzas o seguros.
- Experiência trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios ágiles (UX-UI designers, developers, product owners, QA, etc)
- Capacidad para analizar grandes muestras de datos cuantitativos con herramientas estadísticas como SQL, Python, R, SPSS
