As an Account Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for

Administering and ensuring compliance with Accounts Receivable processes

  • Provide administrative support to credit staff, including printing of statements, and customer invoices
  • Perform cash, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Process credit card transactions and posting
  • Assist with statistical reporting on a monthly basis
  • Assist in preparation for audits
  • Data Collection and Analysis
  • Analyze financial and credit information from credit applicants, reviewing payment history, financial statements and assessing repayment capacity and provide recommendations regarding credit approvals or rejections to establish credit limits on new and existing accounts.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with external customers and internal sales staff
  • Collection of outstanding accounts receivable internal and external, even when are not overdue.
  • Reconciliation of receivables and other related accounts to the general ledger
  • Use the OneCRM system to send reminders and statements of accounts, it also will help to track activities and follow up.
  • Having a monthly meeting with managers to discuss critical account receivables.
  • Follow up the Account Receivables through available tools.
  • Maintenance of customer account master data, including federal and provincial tax status
  • Answer all accounts receivable-related inquiries
  • Other duties and support to the Accountant Team as required, particularly during internal and external audits.
  • Request and Update customer annual documents to know the financial situation and update our customers database
  • Verify clients in restrictive lists.
  • Consults and report the bank income daily basis.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvements within the area of responsibility.
  • Producing accounting reports and presenting results.
  • Maintaining accurate accounting within the area of responsibility to be in line with accounting principles and reporting schedules.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes
  • Support all activities of the department.
  • Maintain Weekly Updates with the Team Leader (Including customer collection updates, projects, critical cases, any other relevant topics of the week)
