The firm advises clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, valuations, and other strategic financial transactions.
Their mission is to deliver tailored financial solutions that drive optimal results for their clients.
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled M&A Analyst to support transaction execution, financial analysis, and the creation of high-quality client materials.
**Key Responsibilities**: Presentation & Client Materials: Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, including management presentations, ad-hoc reports, and financial storytelling using charts and graphs.
Support leadership in developing pitch materials and transaction strategy documents Financial Analysis & Valuation: Develop and maintain financial models, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis.
Conduct valuation assessments and strategic financial analysis for buy-side and sell-side engagements.
**Deal Execution & Due Diligence**: Assist in preparing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and other due diligence reports.
Organize and manage virtual data rooms, ensuring smooth document flow during transactions.
Conduct industry and market research to support transaction recommendations.
**Client & Investor Communication**: Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and counterparties, ensuring clear and professional communication.

**Qualifications**: Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar role with M&A exposure.
Expertise in creating PowerPoint presentations and effectively visualizing financial data.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a focus on producing client-ready materials.
Ability to organize and maintain structured processes, such as due diligence and virtual data room setup.
