**What You’ll Do**:

- Enter batch jobs for the production of new content and photography, designs, SEO, metrics, and more for the new site, as well as work to ensure the continuity and timing of deliverables
- Enter jobs and tickets
- Use Scrum for the in-house creative and digital teams
- Manage digital marketing communication projects daily, including creative and digital campaigns
- Develop, monitor, and manage projects and campaigns within an approved budget
- Implement and execute projects and work directly with cross-functional corporate teams
- Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to understand goals and objectives
- Create long and short-term project plans (based on projects), including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options on how to progress with the project
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple resources are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy (i.e., digital, creative, account)
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the expected standards
- Adjust project schedules and targets as needed and communicate changes with the team
- Manage project budgets to ensure that estimated and/or approved budgets are not exceeded and that execution is as cost-efficient as possible

**Who You Should Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management or web management experience
- Experience in projects with Adobe Experience Manager platform
- PROSCI or other change management experience preferred
- Agile experience preferred
- Proven experience in web project management
- Well-organized, detailed, project goal-oriented and able to work with deadlines
- Ability to effectively influence and work with internal or external individuals or teams to achieve an impactful execution of communication tactics, on time and within budget
- Ability to manage communications with multiple internal stakeholders
- Ability to understand project management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to understand change management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to understand Agile principles, tools, and methodologies
