Relationship Building - Liaison between other departments, customer, Sales, 3PL, etc. Customer / Process Ownership - End to End ownership of account/s. Critical Thinking - Analyze situations and make appropriate decisions, including with the use of Lean tools.Customer Service - customer centric mindset, communication and decision making.
