Internship Overview This role will provide various Controls & Compliance services to the ELC Global Finance community, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and execute accordingly.

These areas include but are not limited to the Sarbanes-Oxley program, Controls follow up, Third Party Administrator, Facilitated Self-Assessment, SOX, Tableau Dashboarding, and Controls Issue Management. Responsabilities SOX Consolidation & Reporting SOX follow-up Representation Letter Reporting and Follow-up Third Party Risk Management & Reporting (SOC-1/SSAE requirements) Global Policy Facilitation & Publication C&C Communication Governance (SharePoint maintenance, Newsletter) Controls & Compliance Calendar Administration & Status Reporting Develop new visualization dashboards based on service delivery needs as identified by internal customer groups. Provide periodic reporting updates / snapshots from Tableau dashboards to drive status update discussions and/or provide insights based on tool outputs. Qualifications Qualifications Background in Accounting, Finance or Administration preferred.

Microsoft Office. Tableau and SAP GRC (desirable) Strong communication skills. Self aware of their work and is open to receiving feedback. Ability to work in teams and independently if required.
