La posición garantiza la ejecución y cumplimiento de actividades relacionadas con Intermarket Supply con nuestras afiliadas en el desarrollo de nuevos y renovados productos terminados así como las actividades requeridas durante su ciclo de vida, tales como reformulaciones, cambios de artes, discontinuaciones, entre otras. Esta posición forma parte clave de Equipo Regional de Proyectos de Importados enfocados en lanzamientos en tiempo y en Compliance con las normas y estándares internas y externos de nuestra organización.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Coordinar las funciones relevantes entre el Mercado Productor y Receptor con el apoyo de las unidades de Calidad, Asuntos Regulatorios, Unidades de Negocio, Comercio Exterior, Importación y Exportación y el resto de miembros de la Cadena de suministro involucrada en el proceso
- Garantizar que se cumplan los requisitos mínimos para el cumplimiento de las legislaciones locales en los países de destino
- Gestionar y mantener actualizada la herramienta de compliance IMS Product Brief y todos sus elementos tales como GSI (Global shipping instrucción, Fichas Técnicas, Artes vigentes, etc) durante el lanzamiento y ciclo de vida del producto
- Coordinar funciones relevantes en el mercado receptor para garantizar el Compliance en el caso de desarrollo de nuevas importaciones considerando las fechas de lanzamiento pactadas
- Realizar los cálculos estimados de costos LDP (land duty paid) y actualizaciones puestos en cada país de destino considerando los elementos que lo integran (fletes, aranceles, honorarios aduanales, entre otros)
- Apoyar y/o impulsar el proceso de mejora continua en los procesos
- Capacitar y apoyar a las pymes junior de IMS, según sea necesario

- Organización y seguimiento de actividades relacionadas con el manejo del proyecto para contar con los entregables en tiempo
- Conocimientos en Finanzas
- Disposición de servicio y orientación al negocio
- Conocimientos claves del proceso de Innovación/renovación de productos
- Manejo de transacciones y extensiones requeridas en SAP
- Conocimientos en logística física para Importación/Exportación y Transporte
- Se requiere inglés avanzado y conocimientos en manejo de herramientas MS office a nível intermedio
