The Global Procurement Sourcing Manager drives and supports the development of category practices for selected global categories managed by the Global Procurement Director as well as organization, leadership and management of the global project. Specifically, by ensuring procurement of goods or services at optimum overall cost and cash flow to the business, securing continuous material and service supply as well as coordination of changing materials or suppliers, reinforcing company’s guidelines for quality and service level.
**Accountabilities**:
Develop the sourcing strategies for the materials in Category Scope:
Develop product and supplier information
Evaluate product specifications and requirements
Assess the global supply base
Provide analysis on global market trends and recommendations for sourcing strategies
Develop, lead and implement sourcing initiatives, cost reduction and cash flow improvement projects:
Develop new (local/global) suppliers in partnership with Global Supply
Engage suppliers through e-sourcing and define potential allocation scenarios
Facilitate new supplier introduction and validation
Provide process optimization analysis and proposals

**Requisitos**:
**Qualifications and Technical competencies required**:
**Education**: Master degree in Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent. English language fluency is mandatory.
**Experience**:
Procurement experience and knowledge of the packaging or draft beer industry in a multinational environment are preferred.
In depth experience of procurement project management
Working in complex international matrix environment.
