**The Role**

The Role within the Forensic Accounting & Complex Claims Group (FACC) is directly involved in client engagements and provides financial and accounting analyses, while being expected to multi-task effectively on multiple engagements. Will be expected to work within a team concept philosophy, where the ability to work closely with all levels of staff on projects is essential. In addition, the Associate Director will assist in the development and execution of our overall strategy to grow the FACC practice throughout both North America and Latin America. Exposure to upper management and C-Suite of Fortune 500 clients should be expected as well.

**The Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, particularly in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; Masters’ preferred, not required
- 10+ years' experience, prior experience at a Big-4 or consulting firm with business development background and forensic accounting services preferred
- One or more accounting/professional credentials (CPA, CFE, or CFA) desired
- Knowledge of economic damage calculations within the insurance and legal industry
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to travel to for both client engagements and business development
- Ability to generate and grow revenue through a strong book of business within North America/Latin America
- Strong oral communication skills, to both large and small audiences
- Technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
- Ability to leverage workload down to appropriate staff levels and manage/teach/mentor staff on assigned projects
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A strong sense of teamwork and responsibility to team members
- Professional integrity regarding self-motivation and accepting responsibility for growth and development, as well as meeting deadlines and honoring commitments
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred, not required
