You will be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the management team.

**This position reports to**:
Senior Project Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases, and producing reports and presentations for business leaders.
- Researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, and internal correspondence on behalf of the business manager.
- Implementing processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drafting business communication, ensuring knowledge is shared and colleagues are informed about any changes to processes and procedures.
- Helping and communications/marketing team to arrange business-critical events, including travel arrangements as well as booking venues and catering.

**Your background**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Microsoft Project and Spring.
- 4+ years of experience in related positions.
- English at an advanced level, French at an advanced level, Arabic at an advanced level.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
