At ABB Marine and Ports in Panama, we are focused on electrifying Container Terminals globally. Ports have many electrical consumers, such as Ship-to-Shore Cranes, Stacking Cranes, Reefer sockets, Shore Power, electric vehicles, and buildings. Within our team in Panama, we design and build electrical and automation infrastructure to provide reliable and sustainable power to our customers, enabling them to handle containers efficiently. Our scope includes Medium Voltage Substations, SCADA systems, Terminal Lighting, Reefer racks and their electrical systems, Electrical Vehicle charging infrastructure, and Grid Connection substations, among others. Our core products are prefabricated substations built in our facilities in Panama. These substations are fully tested and commissioned before they arrive at the construction site. These substations include medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchgear, UPS, DC systems, SCADA, Fire Alarms, and climate control systems. Our project locations span the globe, covering the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Latin America. They typically take around 24 months to complete. Safety and Integrity are part of our DNA throughout the project lifecycle.**:

Project Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse operations, managing a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Responsibilities - Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. - Develops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks. - Codes and prepares proper receipt/dispatch paperwork. - Ensures maintenance of equipment and facilities. - Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary. - Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization. - Recommends measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment. - Supervises and assists in daily warehouse and shipping operations. - Ensures stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting. - Ensures set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met by motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce.
**Qualifications for the role**:
