**Position Overview**: We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Customer Service Representative to handle incoming service requests, customer complaints, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**: Customer Communication: Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
**Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for service and manage the daily workflow of the team.
**Customer Support**: Address customer complaints, return customer calls, and resolve issues.
**Sales**: Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional services and Advantage Plan memberships.
**Administrative Tasks**: Organize office operations, prepare and review purchase orders, and perform data entry.

**Qualifications**: Experience: Administrative experience preferred.
**Language Skills**: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
**Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills.
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
**Attributes**: Positive attitude, excellent phone communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Customer Service**: Must have a strong customer service mindset and be a team player.
**Nice-to-Haves**: Sales skills and ability to convert inquiries into Advantage Plan memberships.
Experience working with ServiceTitan.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
