**Actividades a realizar**:
Consolidar el sell out, market share, wholesale y A&P para asegurar los objetivos.
Seguimiento del P&G de las marcas en conjunto con las áreas comerciales y financieras.
Seguimiento del presupuesto del área (A&P), con sus respectivos objetivos y metas que garanticen el cumplimiento de este.
Definir, desarrollar e implementar las estrategias de marketing 360/omnichanel alineado con las brand managers.
Identificación y mejora continuamente del posicionamiento del producto
- Ranking, visibilidad y notoriedad de marca en medios digitales y punto de venta, garantizando una comunicación omnicanal.
Planeación y desarrollo de estrategias de marketing
- Crear campañas de marketing innovadoras y orientadas al cliente (Sell out).
Diseño del plan de marketing anual con base a los lineamientos de la marca.
Elaboración de estrategia digital por marca.
Asegurar óptimos por retailer (Sell in) con el equipo comercial con el fin de tener las unidades necesarias para las actividades (sell out).
Seguimiento a la compra de producto necesario para garantizar el sell in y tener el cash flow aprobado y disponible para garantizar la misma.
Monitorear el correcto manejo de las Herramientas en PDV. SR
Garantizar que los productos seleccionados para lanzamientos en el país esten alineados con su necesidad de la marca y el mercado. Hacer forecast junto al equipo de demanda, solicitar documentos de registros sanitarios, hacer sugerido por retailer para el equipo comercial.
Creación de Business Plan para ingresos de nuevas marcas.
Planear, estructurar y proyectar el Wholesale, y Sell Out de las marcas a cargo.
Planear, controlar y dirigir los KPIs para laen los diferentes retailers de este medio.
