Reponsabilidades Supervisar el personal tcnico que no est en el proyecto. o Asignar tareas a los tcnicos a fuera del proyecto
Apoyar otros departamentos (taller, soporte tcnico, entrenamiento)
Cursos oportunos o E-Learning
Trabajos de servicio o Asegurar seguimiento de tiempo de trabajo
Ser encargado de los trabajos de servicio a fuera del proyecto (ex: reparacin/reconstruccin de un equipo completo o sub-assembly)
Definicin del alcance, Cotizacin al cliente.Ejecucin dentro presupuesto cotizado, calidad y tiempo prometido
Seguimiento y evaluacin de contratistas y/o proveedores utilizados
Entrega al cliente
Organizar entrenamientos tcnicos internos y para el cliente, tanto en la sede de Liebherr Panama, que en proyecto mina, que en fbricas al extranjero o Coordinar logstica del personal y entrenador o Asegurar el seguimiento/validacin de los cursos en la plataforma Tell o Cotizar y seguir facturacin para cursos al cliente o Verificacin de las facturas de entrenamiento.
Trabajo en fuerte colaboracin con los departamentos de RR. HH, soporte tcnico, proyecto mina, taller para cumplir con todas las tareas a cargo.
Preparar reporte regular a gerencia, sobre los trabajos en curso.
Junto al departamento HSE, asegurar la ejecucin de los trabajos con cultura de seguridad, uso correcto de los EPP, anlisis de riesgo apropiados.
Gestionar las ordenes de trabajo y hojas de tiempo dentro Lisa/SMS, as que cotizaciones.
Asegurar el cumplimiento con los requerimientos del MIN Service Excellence Customer Support estar key contact para las auditorias del mismo
Gestionar todas las herramientas de servicio con debido registro.

**Lo que aportas**:
Ingeniera mecnica o experiência comprobada en el puesto.
Buenas aptitudes organizacionales y de liderazgo
Experiência y conocimiento en ERP en particular mdulos de servicio
Habilidad de seguir costos y presupuesto.
Buenos conocimientos de las herramientas Microsoft Office.
Conocimiento en equipos pesados, y inters en aspectos tcnicos (herramientas, mecnica general, sistemas elctricos, hidrulicos etc)
