Senior UX Researcher and Designer

WebCreek is looking for a Senior UX Researcher and Designer with more than seven years of experience who will create delightful user experiences with the highest usability and visual standards. This role is a 100% remote position in Latam.

What You'll Do

Work with product managers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to identify research and design needs.

Distill requirements, information, and requests into tangible user experiences.

Design and lead research studies that span the entire product development process, varying in approach, scale, scope, timeframe, and methodology.

Prioritize a list of actionable outcomes and follow through on insights.

Create wireframes, information architectures, and interaction design strategy

Communicate with team members to define, implement, and iterate on designs

Lead expert design and development teams in a fast-paced environment with the potential to be on multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate closely with other roles and disciplines, including Account & Product Managers, Front-end Developers, User Researchers, and the Creative team.

Strive to mentor peers through leading sessions while helping to advance their creative capabilities.

Assist with task estimation and project conversations.

Work with the clients and lead client presentations.

Communicate project statuses, participate in design critiques, and be an active member of various internal meetings/initiatives/etc.

Possess a talent for translating highly technical information into clear and concise communications and interfaces.

Ensure the team’s processes and strategies are successful.

Articulate and pitch design concepts to clients and continuously utilize client feedback to bring their vision to life.

Build a close and collaborative relationship with team members.

Combine creativity and artistic talent with a mastery of technologies.

What You Have

7+ years of experience in user research and UX design with an emphasis on software and digital experiences.

Extensive experience in driving comprehensive user research programs, including researching user needs throughout the entire product development process, usability studies, and informing the product direction and strategy.

Proven ability to generate and validate innovative design ideas that align with research findings.

Ability to lead and work well with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders.

Extensive experience in content strategy.

Proven ability to think strategically and develop novel approaches to research and design challenges while mentoring peers.
