**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Salesforce Project Manager / Scrum Master contributes to A-LIGN's success at a strategic and tactical level. At the strategic level, the role engages with the Director of IT and the A-LIGN leadership team to define and prioritize Salesforce project initiatives. You will be expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of our current business processes to help shape the future of those business processes.

At the tactical level, the role engages with various business process owners, the internal Salesforce team, and third-party contractors as necessary to design solutions and manage to completion each project initiative. The PM / Scrum Master is responsible for coordinating all significant changes to Salesforce. You will be responsible for managing A-LIGN's Salesforce sandboxes, and for coordinating release management.

This role is also responsible for triaging tickets that enter Salesforce Help Desk queue and assigning those tickets to the appropriate Salesforce team member.

This role requires a unique blend of big-picture vision, business and technical savvy, and project execution skills to ensure Salesforce, FinancialForce, and the related suite of software and portal products continue to operate smoothly.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage projects utilizing Jira and standard Agile/Scrum best practices
- Manage Salesforce code using Gearset (or similar code management solution)
- Create business and/or technical process documentation
- Triage support requests

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**EDUCATION**
- 4-year degree in technology or business-related field

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1+ years of managing a Salesforce instance with elevated privileges
- 1+ years of managing Salesforce related projects using Jira
- 1+ years of managing Salesforce code using Gearset (or Salto, etc.)
- Salesforce Certified Admin - preferred but not required

**SKILLS**
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
- Document processes via Visio and Word
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Analyze processes for improvement
- Learn and adapt with changing technologies and keep up to date with Salesforce releases
