**Position Summary**:
Coordinates & contributes to Vendors Good Performance. Provides support & tools to Vendors helping them to meet UA expectations in terms of OTD & production tracking. Be the communication channel between Vendors & Under Armour generating cross functional communication with other departments for the Vendors to execute.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Receives from Supply Planning the Buys, analyze & send them to Vendor (Licensees/Partners).
- Follow up confirmation process and give SP feedback to complete buy confirmation process.
- Validates Vendor capacity by process: cutting, embellishment, sewing and packing to determine overall capacity to be aligned with Vendor capacity offer.
- Monitors and Reviews OTD metrics for accuracy and create feedback loop for vendor engagement and awareness.
- Leans on data clerk support staff to execute PO updates in SNC/FMS better suited for mass updates.
- APP from Baysur/ARG to LATAM.
- ACC (Socks) from Derwill/ARG to LATAM.
- FTWR Components/Finished Goods from Vulcabras/BRZ to LATAM.
- TRASIX Maintenance: Extend the APP, ACC and FTWR ranges into TRASIX season over season.
- ARMOURY & CENTRIC (APP & ACC): Sourcing Data, Costing, Master Data and UPC Management and handover to Licensees/Partners.
- Coordinates alignment with Sourcing on any discrepancies on pricing, season, and similar and update the systems accordingly.
- Executes together with Supply Planning SNC/FMS maintenance, MOT updates, PO splits (partials), PO manual approvals (Pushouts/Early Shipments) and any other update needed.
- Identifies & addresses potential risk to service for SMS and bulk POs, calling in support from materials teams, sourcing, QA, and other supporting functional areas, as well as analyzes demand signal to identify options to mitigate the impact to the business.
- Contributes to the logistics team, coordinating shipments, approving ocean bookings in APLL system & follow up air bookings with RCS/WPL.
- Prepares weekly updates and communicates any delivery and manufacturing issue to the production & supply planning team.
**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:
- Advanced skills on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
- Experience working on a procurement ERP system (UA systems is a plus).
- Previous experiences with sourcing (development/production) and merchandising.
- Superior presentation and communication skills.
**Education And / Or Experience**:
- University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Manufacturing, Planning & Procurement ideally in Apparel Industry.
- Fluent in English, ideally conversant in Spanish/Other language (Portuguese is a plus).
**Other Requirements**:
- Location: based in Panama City, Panama.
- Return To Work Designation: (1-2) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
- Travel: IE- 5-10% of the year.
