**Site Name**: Panama - Panama's Capital - Ciudad de PanamaPosted Date: Jan 19 This role will be the Marketing Manager Adult Vx - Consumer, reporting to the Vaccines Commercial Director and will play a critical part in building the category for Shingrix Adult immunization and delivering a successful product launch within a naive market.You will be responsible for: 1) Lead development and implementation of Disease Awareness content 2) Driving Mx patient / Direct to Consumer strategy and execution 3) leading a team of cross-functional and agency stakeholders.: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are: Defining consumer / patient insights, journeys, and segmentation; product positioning; creative strategy, core messaging and content plans; integrated, cross channel promotional mix Creation and implementation of the strategic and operating plans for priority patient/consumer segmentsMaintaining detailed understanding of disease and competitive marketplaceEnsuring strategic alignment across an internal matrix and external agency teamDefining metrics & assessing brand performanceFostering an environment of innovation, inclusion, challenge, trust and development Why you?
