The Engineering Manager heads a team of designers and engineers in Process Automation, guiding and coaching them, and developing their skills and knowledge. In this role, you will oversee engineering projects, delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions to customers, in line with the contract, safety and quality requirements.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinator of the areas of structural mechanical design, auxiliary systems, and electrical systems.
- Responsible for integrating the design of all disciplines involved in the integration of an eHouse.
- Preparation of 3D modeling.
- In charge of sending final design to start eHouse.
- Standardization of materials, maintain supplier documentation.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Safety rules.
- Knowledge of engineering and structural design.
- Intermediate - advanced level of English.
