**RESPONSIBILITIES**

This position includes but is not limited to the following job duties:

- Ensure compliance with administrative, accounting, financial and fiscal obligations, both before the partners and the competent authorities; taking full responsibility for the P&L/BS in the organization, in addition, ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the corporate group of MSI LLC.
- Responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company in the Latin American region, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics linked to that strategy and the development and continuous monitoring of control Designed to preserve assets company and report accurate financial results.
- Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiaries/affiliates, especially their control systems, transaction processing operations, and policies and procedures.
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Develop financial and tax strategies.
- Collaborate with company President and senior leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPI) that support the company’s strategic direction.
- Manage accounting, administrative, legal, tax and treasury activities in Latin America.
- Submit to the CEO the analysis of the accounting, financial and annual spending and investment budget reports, in a timely manner.
- Generate cost reduction strategies and risk reduction for the business.
- Supervise A/P and A/R.
- Monitor cash balances, day-to-day cash flow, and cash forecasts.
- Analyzes financial trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
- Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Develops, recommends and implements accounting operational policies, procedures and processes that assure organized, efficient and compliant management system.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (strongly preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (strongly preferred).
- 10+ years of accounting and/or finance experience at least (5) years of experience in Financial Manager Positions.
- Demonstrated success in the role of senior financial leader.
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices applied to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
- Proficient usage of Quickbooks system.
- Proficient usage of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively and effectively in teams.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Have passion for what you do.
