**Job Overview and Responsibilities**:

As the **Marketing Assistant LATAM **you will play a key role by supporting the Marketing Manager in strategically leading brand growth across highly competitive categories. You will create and execute winning strategies throughout the Latin America region to lead our brands in their different stages and diverse markets to accompany the Company target set to deliver double-digit sales and profit growth.

**Regular Duties**:
**Brand - Business Development**:

- Support the develop understanding of our brands, categories and the business environment in which our brands compete, in order to make recommendations to the Corporate on how to improve distribution, product category segments, channels, etc.
- Support the development of global brand footprints, launches, advertising, and promotion cycles to ensure regional consistency and growth of all our brands in the different markets
- Support Business Assessments for recommendation against new brand growth plans

**Budget - Agency Management**:

- Support / assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation to honor financial targets
- Support the develop and execute effective marketing plans for assigned brand(s) in partnership with agencies.
- Work with external agency partners to lead and support the execution of the integrated consumer marketing plan tactics, including Digital, Social, Shopper Marketing, Experiential and PR/Influencers

**Internal-External Collaboration**:

- Support the Latam team in topics related to Marketing Agencies, International Marketing and Distributors regarding marketing assets, templates, systems and platforms
- Brand equity steward. Supports our distributors Marketing Communications and Social Platforms to be aligned with our brand purpose and guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help support business/operational activities
- Deliver and develop brand presentations for diverse audiences internally and externally
- Ensure distributor marketing activities are in line with global brand strategy/positioning

**EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance or Engineering required
- Minimum 2 years of experience at similar role
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence cross-functional partners to deliver on deadlines
- Can-do attitude, results driven. Motivated to foster team spirit and make an impact to the organization
- Accountable and possesses pride in contributing to share, margin, top line sales growth
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Digital knowledge. Able to understand trends, tech, apps, social media, ecommerce, etc. The person most feel comfortable in the digital space.
- Fully fluent bilingual (English / Spanish).
- Literacy in Microsoft Office
