**Resumen de la Posición**

Asegurar el cumplimiento tributario de todas las entidades legales de la Región, así como el control operativo y la coordinación de la información de Reporting a Suiza. Explorar y analizar áreas de oportunidad y mejora relacionadas con los impuestos regionales. Apoyar al Tax Manager en las funciones asignadas dentro del Depto. de Impuestos.

**Un día en la vida de**

1.Supervisar el cumplimiento Tributario en toda la Region (Declaraciones de Renta y de todo tipo de impuestos)

2.Asegurar y coordinar las liquidaciones y presentaciones oportunas del resto de los impuestos y tasas responsabilidad del departamento de impuestos.

3.Organizar implementación de novedades, supervisar que se cumpla.

4.Participar y asistir en el planeamiento fiscal.

5.Realizar revisión nuevos proyectos del punto de vista taxes en conjunto con el área Taxes en Panama-Suiza.

6.Atender auditorías y consultas internas.

7.Asesorar en temas relacionados con facturación y nuevas implementaciones.

8.Realizar la carga de reportes que se envíen a Nestle Casa Central (Suiza).

9. Participar activamente en las auditorias fiscales y litigios en la materia

10.Participar activamente en la capacitación del equipo y de aquellas unidades de la empresa que lo soliciten o requieran.

11.Asegurar que las actividades de su área de competencia se lleven a cabo respetando lo establecido en los sistemas de Calidad y SHE.

- Más de 5 años en posiciones similares
- Conocimiento de Indicadores Financieros, Objetivos Anuales Cumplimiento de Obligaciones Tributarias y Ahorros Fiscales.
- Habilidad numérica y Analítica alta
- Catálogos de Cuentas y Centro de Costos
- Licencia de CPA requerido
