Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities Planning, scheduling, and coordinating staffing levels needed for projects. Managing projects and maintaining schedule, budget, and profitability of assigned projects. Overseeing preparation of plans and specifications. Coordinating with a multitude of in-house and subcontracted technical disciplines from remote office locations, including: planning, environmental, structures, hydraulics/drainage, traffic, signals, and communication for rail and transit initiatives. Assisting in the preparation of proposals in response to new RFPs and existing Task Order Contracts. Leading project pursuits in coordination with the Area Manager and local Business Development Manager. Required Skills & Required Experience Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering.15+ Years of experience (Civil, Utilities, Structural/Geotechnical). PE registration in FloridaProject management and leadership experience required. PE registration in Florida. Strategic thinker, with demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and gain the support of others. Experience with local governments and contractors. Strong interpersonal and effective leadership skills. Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required. Must be US citizen.*
