Position Summary

Contribute to expanding the product's market presence by developing a comprehensive product line-up operation plan.
Enhance sales performance and minimize losses by effectively managing the product lifecycle and crafting pricing strategies to achieve target sales goals.

Role and Responsibilities
- Line-up management: Oversee the development and management of the product portfolio plan, along with efforts to improve efficiency and address market challenges.
- Launch management: Coordinate the product/service launch timeline by analyzing the target quantity and profitability of the new model, and collaborating closely with the marketing team.
- Pricing strategy: Develop pricing strategies for each segment and model, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Discontinuation management: Implement plans to minimize leftover materials when a product is discontinued, setting an appropriate timeline and strategies for utilizing excess materials.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal Profile:

- Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires a thorough evaluation of variables. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results. Determines methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinates the tasks of others.
- May manage a team, such as coordinating activities related to costs, methods, and staffing.

Requirements:

- 8 years of professional experience as a Product Manager specializing in mobile devices, with expertise in product strategy, market analysis, and lifecycle management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector (mobile devices) or working with retail companies or carriers in product-focused roles (mobile devices).
- Regional expertise in managing products across diverse markets and navigating local market trends.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (graduated)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Willingness to relocate to Panama City, with support for family relocation included.
