Responsible for managing and enhancing back-office HR processes, HR systems, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR data. Provide efficient and effective administrative HR support while actively contributing to other key areas of the HR Value Chain (Selection, Management, Development, Growth, and Rewards).

Expand all
- **HR SYSTEMS AND DATA**

Own and act as the key user for SAP HR and other HR systems including input, maintenance and 100% data accuracy.

Key User of the performance management tool.

Ensure all data and reporting is updated and communicated within the timeframes required to the relevant stakeholders.

Generate and analyze HR reports, such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement data, to support decision-making.

Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce planning and overall HR operations.
- **BACK OFFICE**

Update relevant HR policies, guidelines, contracts.

Manage benefits administration and all benefits related queries.

Ensure that HR polices are communicated in timely manner and recorded compliantly.

Work closely with the external payroll provider to ensure all payroll requirements are met on time and accurately.

Work closely to the Health & Safety external consultant and brigade leader to comply with all the internal and local requirements.

Manage relocation of international talent.
- **RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING**

Own and act as the key user for recruiting systems.

Provides training and development to managers on recruitment

Provides line Managers with a framework for best practice onboarding and partners with the line manager to ensure its proper implementation
- **COMMUNICATIONS**

Identify opportunities for optimization and improved communication strategies to enhance employee engagement

Maintain daily communication channels consistently

EXPERIENCE

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**

- Degree in Business Administration or related
- +2 years of previous experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a similar role.
- HR Systems Knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to meet short deadlines
- Ability to focus on many tasks and requests
- Build effective relationships across the business
- Ability to use judgment, initiative and common sense to solve problems and find solutions
- Ability to use deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
- Comfortable with numerical data
