**Responsibilities**: Modify existing software to correct errors or to improve its performance. Design, develop and modify software systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting. Collaborate with systems analysts, programmers and others to design system enhancements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design.
Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic and flexible environment with changing requirements in a business casual environment. Development of high quality database solutions Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL Review and interpret ongoing EDI FROI/SROI reporting requirements Research required data Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, database schemas, flow diagrams, etc. All other duties as assigned. Where you'll be working This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
Experience in MS office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Experience with Workers Compensation Claims Ability to embrace change and work in a fast paced, iterative environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external partners
