The CoWork Sales Coordinator, actively participates in the process of reservation management, customer service, event planning, and community-building strategy.

The position directly assists the CoWork Director overseeing 10 different locations in Costa Rica and directly reports to Global management.As an CoWork Sales Coordinator Rockstar you will: Sales and customer service Manage reservations and inquiries from multiple channels, ensuring friendly and outstanding customer service.Assist clients and organizations with special requests such as event inquiries, b2b negotiations, collaborations & more.Events & Community Directs and executes different events that will help build a sense of community amongst the digital nomads and coworkers.Assists in the coordination of the Community Residence Program and digital nomad retreats.Project collaboration Collaborates in the coordination and execution of projects of the physical & equipment, operations, community, and commercial aspects of the Selina CoWork country strategy.What you need for the roleUnderstand and transform customer needs into opportunities.Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage projects in a timely and thorough mannerFluent in English and SpanishStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders.Besides the Selina ultimate learning experience...
