**Basic Qualifications**

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Management or Engineering.

**Experience**:5+ years of business insights and visualization experience, 10+ years of dealer experience in related industry.

**Language**:Pre Advanced English and Pre Advanced Spanish

**Travel**:Must be willing to travel 50%+ of the time

**Behavioral skills**:Effective communication, proactivity, customer focus, problem solving, decision managing and data analysis skills
- Experience with aftermarket business (Caterpillar dealer network is a plus)
- Product Analyst experience (leveraging analytics product go to market)
- Ability to not just measure and analyze, but to provide strategic insights for enterprise change
- Experience in visualization for large and complex data sets in Tableau and/or Power BI
- Advanced Spanish and English

**Job Profile / Activities**:
In this role, the incumbent will be working with key partners including Cat Digital and Distribution Services Division (DSD), as well as aligning with the Sales Execution and Sales Support teams in Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) to drive Prioritize Service Events (PSE) growth which is critical to achieving double digit Sales to Users (STU) by 2026. Key duties includes, but not limited to:

- Lead cross functional workshops and governance with partners/dealers to deliver proactive, data-based plans to achieve targets
- Scale the Sales and Marketing PSE Recipes across dealers in region
- Deep understanding of Go To Marketing of new/enhance leads, including dealer process adoption
- Leverage simulation tools to determine impact of lead parameter changes
- Collaborate with dealer PSE Champion and Specialist, as well as drive collaboration with other dealer parts specialists
- Lead regular PSE governance with Aftermarket Service Consultants
- Collaborate globally on issues/bug/enhancement prioritization and execution
- Support New Services Introduction as required
- Review granular insights by dealer, product and lead type to provide recommendations for growth opportunities
- Coach and mentor peers in the creation and validation of new solutions to business problems
- Present insights on gaps, root cause, and proposed actions to leaders and advisors
