Global Tax Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for Global Tax Manager to join the Finance team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the industry

What You’ll Do:

- Ensure that each legal entity meets full internal and external tax compliance requirements.
- Choose and manage the relationship with external advisors and tax firms.
- Ensure compliance with group Transfer Pricing policy.
- Tax Planning.
- Achieve fiscal efficiency and tax savings, complying with fiscal regulations.
- Minimize tax risks.
- Supervise tax information, documentation and tax returns.
- Keep the company up to date with all changes and new regulation around taxation matters.
- Define tax policies and ensure compliance.
- Provide support to Top Management in tax matters in different countries (Us + Arg + Spain).

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 10 years of experience in tax related positions.
- International Tax knowledge(Desirable).
- Argentine Tax knowledge and expertise (Individuals and Corporations)(Desirable).
- US Tax knowledge and expertise (Individuals and Corporations).
- Transfer Pricing knowledge and expertise.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)(Desirable).
- Advanced English level.
