**Internship Program 2026**:
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position will be based at our Tetra Pak office in **Panama City.**

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

**What you will do**:
The Central America & Caribbean Tax Department work closely with colleagues of Tax Operations worldwide, particularly in conjunction with markets of Mexico and US & Canada. Some of our key challenges are automatize and optimize the tax processes and replicate solutions to other tax operations markets. Even though the local team is in charge of the local tax compliance, we are in permanent communication with our global tax operations colleagues to get aligned with common projects. The advance of the projects is monitored by the Regional Tax Manager on a monthly basis.

As a **Tax Intern** you will:

- Support the tax department with technology knowledge to improve our current processes, looking for time saving for the daily activities.
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.
- Create and maintain reports to support operational efficiency.
- Receive training in SAP and work with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Office and programming software.
- Collaborate closely with internal customers to identify improvement opportunities.
- Propose and implement tools that help reduce response time and enhance team performance.

**We believe you have**:

- **Bachelor Studies in progress**: Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Administrative, Finance, Technology areas important you need to be open to learn technology and digital tools.
- **Desirable Skills / Knowledge**: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point). Power Apps knowledge or experience from school like Power Bi
English Intermediate
- Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.
- **Availability for internship**: January 19 to December 7, 2026.
- **Graduation expected**: December 2026 or afterwards.
Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5pm, during the full internship program.
