This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo Agente de Monitoreo **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS** - Detect anomalies, outages, or performance degradation. - Record alerts and incidents in the incident and problem management tool. - Communicate incidents to L2 support areas. - Participate in incident management meetings. - Escalate problems according to established protocols. - Analyze failure trends to propose improvements. - Validate the proper functioning of the tools. - Support disaster recovery (DRP) testing. **ACADEMIC PREPARATION** - Electronic Engineering/Systems/Computer/Telecommunications - Basic English language **EXPERIENCE** - Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and support functions (preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (preferred). - Intermediate knowledge of fixed, mobile, and IT services.Intermediate knowledge of monitoring system tools. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** - Knowledge of Telecommunications and Network Management. - Knowledge in HFC, FO, FTTH, DWDM, MPLS, SDH, MOBILE, CLOUD, DIGITAL and IT - Management of managed networks - Management and knowledge of monitoring platforms - Telecommunications and Technology Solutions. - Schedule availability: Rotating shifts 24/7.
