Core Job Responsibilities The Junior Compliance officer reports to the affiliate's Legal & Compliance Director, performs the following: - Collaborate with the reorganization of the Compliance Department. - Actively engage the affiliate collaborators by setting up the tone and cascade global/regional messages to maintain a high level of awareness on ethical business conduct. - Provide support on delivering Compliance related trainings and follow up to ensure a right level of completion. - Support Compliance Director with the on-boarding of new hires. Perform compliance related reviews to determine adequacy of internal controls and to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Support to create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance issues. - Act as a proactive business partner to guide the organization in the interaction with different stakeholders (healthcare organization, health care professionals, events organizer etc.) in a compliant manner. - Assist in conducting and coordinating the Compliance Risk Assessment & Monitoring.Este rol respaldará al Director Legal y de Cumplimiento de la afiliada, asegurando la implementación coherente del programa de cumplimiento y el apoyo adecuado en toda la organización. Posición Basada en Ciudad de Panamá.

El Oficial de Cumplimiento Junior reporta al Director Legal y de Cumplimiento de la afiliada, y realiza lo siguiente: - Colaborar en la reorganización del Departamento de Cumplimiento. - Comprometer activamente a los colaboradores de la afiliada estableciendo el tono y divulgando mensajes globales/regionales para mantener un alto nível de conciencia sobre la conducta empresarial ética. Brindar apoyo en la entrega de capacitaciones relacionadas con el cumplimiento y hacer seguimiento para garantizar un nível adecuado de finalización. - Apoyar al Director de Cumplimiento en la integración de nuevos empleados. - Realizar revisiones relacionadas con el cumplimiento para determinar la adecuación de los controles internos y garantizar el cumplimiento de leyes, regulaciones y políticas internas.
- Apoyar en la creación y gestión de planes de acción efectivos en respuesta a descubrimientos de auditoría y problemas de cumplimiento. Actuar como socio comercial proactivo para guiar a la organización en la interacción con diferentes partes interesadas (organizaciones de atención médica, profesionales de la salud, organizadores de eventos, etc.) de manera compatible. - Asistir en la realización y coordinación de la Evaluación y Monitoreo de Riesgos de Cumplimiento. - Apoyar la implementación de proyectos de Programas de Cumplimiento, como el proceso de diligencia debida de terceros y el programa de monitoreo. - Preparar y presentar informes sobre temas relacionados con asuntos de Ética y Cumplimiento.
