Astra DAO is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The Social Media Manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.

To be successful as a Social Media Manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Ultimately, a top-notch Social Media Manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Run advertising campaigns on company social media platforms.
- Formulate high-quality written and visual content tailored for each social media campaign.
- Maintain a consistent online presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation on social media.
- Engage with influencers to amplify brand reach and impact.
- Respond promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries on all social media accounts.
- Grow Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% a month
- Reach out for interviews
- Utilize graphic design tools like Canva AI and Adobe to create visually appealing content for social media.
- Collaborate with product manager to deliver compelling visual stories across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in managing social media strategies and channels for brands or businesses.
- Crypto Native (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO)
- Proven track record of experience working in cryptocurrency, web 3, and blockchain as a social media manager/content creator.
- Experience in developing and posting content across various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in social media metrics and performance analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Passion for cryptocurrency trading and investment.
