IT Project Manager

Job Description What's The Role?This role is responsible to direct and execute allocated projects within the IT landscape, in specific domains defined at N+4 level Consumer BSS, OSS, CX, Digital, B2B, Wholesales and Enterprise - approved by the Project Review Board (PRB), securing the necessary Customer Experience quality and following templated financial guidelines on budget management, reporting and timeline metrics. What Youll DoCorrectly initiate all approved projects for delivery on time and on budget.Manages the communication within multi-disciplinary project teams necessary for the delivery of the allocated projects.Manages the communication towards leadership on project status.Proactively mitigate and control risks.Measure and Report per standard LLA norms with Key Performance Indicators.Managing resources to develop project charter, governance plan and work breakdown structure. Knowledge & ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent in a related field3 or moreyears experience in successful delivery of IT Domain Projects with strong focus on customer facing technologies that enable improvement on customer experience metrics, increase of automation and reduction of operational inefficiencies.Ideally educated to degree level or alternate appropriate industry experience.Demonstrable experience of working in complex operational environment managing cross-functional teams.Experience in telco industry, preferably in an international multi-market environmentProven experience engaging effectively with executive and senior level management. Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential.Experience working in cross-functional, international teamsTrack record of concurrently handling a variety of projects while coordinating and supporting the efforts of cross-functional team membersExcellent PowerPoint and data analysis tools (Excel), including advanced modellingFamiliarity with project management and process mapping software desirable (i.e.

MS Project, MS Visio, Clarizen, Clarity)Preferably bilingual English-Spanish or optionally, excellent skills in one of the languages and fluency on the otherPMI, PMP or similar certifications highly regarded Experience and expertise in one of the IT domains is crucial, preferably two or more Consumer BSS, OSS, CX, Digital, B2B, Wholesales or Enterprise.Skills & AbilitiesPassion, drive, and commitment to creating results.Comfortable dealing with constant changes, and an ever-evolving working environment.Self-starter, able to project manage and deliver results with little oversight.Visual communicator who can distil complicated messages into simple executive level communications.Ability to handle multiple, differing responsibilities simultaneously and to focus on delivering against areas of greatest importance.Ability to manage through influence to drive results and accountability from peers and others outside of the integration organization.Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in across geographically disparate organizations.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse set of multiple and complex milestones and activities.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface with multiple groups, including internal resources and external professional service providers.Willing to travel as required away from the corporate base.
