**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive operational efficiency in our real estate investment company.
This role is designed for a proactive individual with a background in real estate operations who can bridge strategic vision with tactical execution.
**Key Responsibilities**: Operational Leadership: Execute the strategic vision set by leadership, ensuring alignment across departments and efficient day-to-day operations.
**Process Development & Automation**: Design, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and automation to streamline operations.
**Team Management**: Coach and support a diverse team, driving productivity and accountability while fostering a high-performance culture.
**Global Talent Integration**: Manage onboarding, training, and development for remote team members, ensuring smooth global talent integration.
**Technology & Systems Management**: Utilize project management tools and data insights to monitor performance and improve processes.
**Strategic Execution**: Ensure tactical execution of company initiatives and timely completion of projects.
**Continuous Improvement**: Identify process gaps, propose innovative solutions, and lead change initiatives to support scaling efforts.

**Qualifications**: Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate investment or operations.
**Team Leadership**: Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized teams and promote accountability and high performance.
**Technical Proficiency**: Strong aptitude with automation tools, project management software, and data analysis.
**Leadership Traits**: Intelligent, accountable, adaptable, and skilled in problem-solving.
