- Experience teaching mathematics at the high school level, preferably within a British curriculum or IB
- In-depth knowledge of the IBDP Mathematics curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support the needs of diverse learners.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Job Description:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons for students.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages inquiry, collaboration, and independent thinking.
- Implement the IB curriculum framework, including the development of unit plans, assessments, and internal assessments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress and academic performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching practices and curriculum delivery across the IBDP mathematics program.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
- Stay abreast of developments in mathematics education and IB curriculum updates, and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Led the Math Department aligning the curriculum along the secondary levels
- Observe lessons from other math teachers and provide feedback.
